COOPERATIVEAGREEMENTBETWEEN THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

SCHOOL OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES

DALIAN UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGIES (DUT)

(Dalian, People's Republic of China)

The provisions recorded below establish the principles and conditions by whichthe Educational Institution «Belarus State Economic University» (BSEU) and School of Foreign Languages of Dalian University of Technology (DUT) agree to cooperate in the field of education and research activities. Such a cooperative agreement will be realized as established in the following clauses:

LegalFramework ofBothUniversities

The purpose of this Agreement is to develop academic and educational cooperation and to promote mutual understanding between the two parties.

CommonInterests and Objectives of BSEU andSchool of Foreign Languages of DUT

By reason of their very essence as universities,BSEU andSchool of Foreign Languages of DUT share interests and objectives in academic exchange and scientific research matters. Both institutions are interested in establishing academic cooperation agreement with institutions of similar nature in order to assist inthe achievement of their goals and objectives in such matters.

Purpose of the Agreement

BSEU andSchool of Foreign Languages of DUT jointly agree to subscribe to a cooperative agreement in order to promote the following activities between both universities:

For students:

A) Organization of inclusive learning projects for the first and second stages of higher education.

B) Organization of master's degree studies, creation of joint master's programs.

C) Development and implementation of two degree programs.

D) Implementation of academic mobility programs.

I) Organization of winter and summer schools (in online and offline formats).

F) Organization of online refresher courses and internships for undergraduates and postgraduates.

G) Any other activity of mutual interest within the framework of the educational process.

For employees:

A) Exchange of teaching and research staff.

B) Conducting online lectures and seminars.

C) Exchange and joint writing of educational literature for educational and research purposes.

D) Joint development of courses and academic programs.

E) Development of joint scientific and/or technological research projects.

F) Consulting in the process of conducting scientific research and/or writing scientific papers.

G) Any other activity of mutual interest in relation to scientific or methodological research.

Execution of the Agreement

Thespecific activities to be carried out under this agreement will be stated in corresponding specific sub-agreements. Such specific agreements, once approved by both parties, will be attached as annexes to this agreement.

Specific Agreements

The specific agreements between both universities will specify their objectives, conditions and ways of execution, financial support, term of validity, andaccountability measures within each institution.

Term and Termination

This agreement will be effective on the date it has been signed by both parties, and it will be in effect for a period of 5 years. The agreement can be renewed for additional 5-year periods by mutualwrittenconsent of the parties to the agreement. Both parties reserve the right to terminate this agreement upon written notice given six months prior to the termination date becoming effective.

This Agreement is made in two copies, in Russian and English, one copy for each of the Parties.
